4 because parts of this book got really pointedly political and it distracted from the morality and life-lessons being conveyed. There were moments when I was reading that I could see elements of each of the pooh characters in myself, particularly piglet, and it felt really good to know and be reminded that we can actually do things no matter how helpless or weak we feel. The tie-ins to taoist teachings are appropriate and instantly relatable, but the political stuff was annoying to me. I look forward to reading the tao of pooh.
