Life of Pi
My absolute favorite book. Intelligent and engaging writing with an incredible amount of depth. What other book can make you wax philosophical and make you question your own beliefs, while at the same time keeping you on the edge of your seat. There were times when I found myself wondering, "How the heck is Pi going to get out of this one?" or "What would I do if I was in this situation?" For those of you who are bored in the beginning, keep on going - the end is a doozy.
