Learning about King's early life was certainly enlightening and the narrative style is engaging. I loved the anecdotes he gives about his own experiences getting published. It's good to know that the master was rejected.
I agree with another reviewer. I'll have to reread this a couple of times a year to remind myself of the rules, and for encouragement. He has a way of kicking you in the ass and getting you going when you're stuck. It's written so well it feels like he's talking directly to you.
